Praise Music International is a School of Worship, operating under Highest Praise Ministry and headed and instructed by Pastor Irene. The Worship School mainly trains church pianists/keyboardists or future pianists/keyboards.

The school offers a special Intensive Church Pianist and Keyboardist Course. For an adult who has no musical background to become a church pianist, it takes about 2 1/2 years of training. After the first year of the intensive course, the students are arranged to play in cell group/home groups as  practical while pursuing the second year as a church pianist.

Normal piano courses train the pianist to play a set piece in notes, whereas this Intensive Course uses TOUCH SYSTEM, consists of note reading, play by ear, chord playing and sol-fa playing. So the pianist/keyboardist is an all rounder and more flexible in all areas. He/she will know how to play the music that is given to him/her in any form, which is either in note form, chord or listening from a cassette.

TOUCH SYSTEM employ a “match and fix” and “step-by-step” method. Whether the student has a high grade in his/her piano or has no musical background at all, he/she may join the class starting from hie/her lever. In general, with the commitment of practice 3 to 5 hours a week at home, the student will find that he/she can follow the course smoothly. One song can be played in many ways without being restricted to notes.

TOUCH SYSTEM uses different styles of playing and improvising, the student can create his/her own styles. By using formulas and the right method, the students may do away with long hours, tedious and hefty costs of learning music by conventional method (the normal piano class takes about 8 to 10 years or more to achieve that level of playing).
