For an adult who has no musical background to become a church pianist, it takes about 2 and a half  years of training. After the first year of the intensive course, the students are arranged to play in cell group/home group as practical while pursuing the second year as church pianist.

Whether the student has a high grade in his/her piano or has no musical background at all, he/she may join the class starting from his/her level. In general, with the commitment of practice 3 to 5 hours a week at home, the student will find that he/she can follow the course smoothly. One song can be played in many ways without being restricted to notes.
